I have been privileged to own wonderful dogs with lovely temperaments and health. My basic breeding philosophy is temperament as a #1 priority as they are showdogs for a very short period of time in their lives. They must be children friendly and have the breed characteristics of the OES that I originally fell in love with.

All pet puppies are sold with spay/neuter contracts. My contracts are protection for both parties. I am prepared to take back any dog at any time should any problem arise where they can no longer be housed by the owner.

Both breeds that I own live in my home for the most part. I have a kennel building where I groom and train. Other than that, it is generally empty, as they prefer the couches and the TV in the home.

The Old English Sheepdog is the Red Skelton of the Dog world. They have wonderful senses of humor. They adjust well to new situations. They are very high maintenance, and when kept in coat are the most beautiful sight. However, when they are clipped down, they remain the same dog, just bald, and for most people, easier to care for.
